Ojo Conejo is a Local Hero
We are so honored to be chosen by our community for the 2024 Local Hero Award as a farm in the greater New Mexico area! We are humbled and in awe that in our second year of farming, we are producing food for nearly 25 families every week including A2A2 Raw Milk, eggs, pork products, cheese, yogurt and ice cream. Really, all the credit goes to our cows Rose and Laura.
They are The Stars of it all.
Why Italian?
Heathar is our resident chef here at Ojo Conejo and she grew up watching her mom cook authentic Italian dishes, all from scratch.
Heathar focuses on cooking traditional Italian dishes and desserts that pay homage to her food roots and only produces her meals with local, organic and seasonal ingredients.
When you dine with us, you’re not just eating eggplant parmesan or lemon seared scallops - you’re experiencing generations of a rich food lineage full of culture, flavor and passion.

Celebrate Italy's rich culinary heritage by experiencing iconic prosciutto, Tuscan salame and savory cheeses both from our farm and traditional farms in Northern Italy.

GRILLED ASPARAGUS + GORGANZOLA BUTTER
Grilled asparagus baked in a savory lemon, butter and Gorgonzola sauce topped with crispy guanciale (traditional Italian bacon).
PAN-SEARED SCALLOPS + SHRIMP
Wild-caught, pan-seared seafood in our farm fresh butter topped with Heathar's infamous Mediterranean-inspired pistachio caper salsa.

TIRAMISU
An Italian classic made with mascarpone cheese, chocolate ganache, single origin coffee and amaretti cookies (gluten free).
WINES + ITALIAN BITTERS
Private tables will receive their own biodynamic bottle of wine for the table as well as Italian Bitters at the end of the meal - a kind of decadent Italian digestive aid.
Community table guests will receive one glass of wine with their meal. Guests are welcome to purchase more alcohol for an additional price.
Refund Policy
We understand that life happens!
Due to the extensive planning required for our farm to table dinners, we are not able to refund tickets.
If you are not able to make the dinner, your ticket can be applied to another dinner at OJO CONEJO during 2025.

Community Table Seating (table size: 8 people): We recommend this option for folks who are looking to make new friends and connections.
$175 per ticket (8 tickets available)Private Table Seating (table size 2-4 people): We recommend this option for people who want a private, intimate experience for a birthday, anniversary or just to celebrate being alive.

Optional Farm Tour Included
All guests will be able to take a tour of OJO CONEJO before the dinner begins if they so desire.
We have three Jersey cows, 36 chickens, gardens, 5 acres of land and many wild barn cats.
If you wish to be part of the farm tour, please let us know when you purchase your ticket.
The farm tour will be from 4:30 - 5pm.
Musical Guest
We love to have local musicians preform live at our Farm to Table Dinners!
We are still in the process of finding a musician for this event so stay tuned!
How To Prepare for The Dinner
We encourage you to get dressed up!
It is so rare that we get to put on our fancy clothes here on the farm and we are looking forward to it!
We will be taking guests on an optional farm tour before the dinner begins and advise guests to bring a change of shoes that they don’t mind getting dirty.
